I will update this later with the specific details as i'm going out soon but, with around 600-700k worth of runes you can easily get enough pizzaz points to buy the mage book which sells for around 4.8mil. This will take a few days however, but is an easy way to make money without much risk. You will also gain several hundred thousand exp points for mage which is a useful bonus.

Depends on magic lvl.

I spent about 3 hours on each of the 4 rooms. Spent 700k on runes and got 4.9mil back
4900000 - 700000 = 4200000
4200000 / 12 = 350k p/h

Could vary by alot though
