Talk to the guy in the champions guild and get all three of the things you need to complete the guest. Now go to the Duke in Lumbridge, talk to the guy about getting an anti-dragon shield, and once he gives you the shield drop it. Do this about 5-10 times then bank the shields and take them out as notes. Repeat this process as long as you want.
